Carta de recomendacion

Mensaje por Chus5 »

Hola,

Saludos,

Hola Chus...depende del tipo de LOR (letter of recommendation). Hay muchos que no son precisamente cartas, sino preguntas tal como (What is the applicant's greatest strength, what could the applicant improve, what is the applicant's legacy to your organization) y hay otras que son mas como una carta de recomendación normal.
  • Paragraph 1: intro of recommender and relation to candidate, says how happy/proud etc they are to recommend you
P2: your intellectual/professional traits including some examples (examples are very important!)
P3: some of your key accomplishments/impacts
P4: your personal traits such as social skills, team work, leadership, etc (with examples!)
P5: belief in your success in the future
    Closing/thanks/signature

Ejemplo frase "suicidio":
"Chus5 has a zest for life and has a variety of interests. He can relate to people in many ways and on many levels "

La mayoría tiene un lista de preguntas: How do you know the candidate? What are the candidate's strengths? What are the candidate's weaknesses? etc.

Good luck! I hope my Spanglish was not too bad!!

How long have you known the candidate? What are his/her strengths and weaknesses? Describe his/her top achievements. etc.

Please evaluate the applicant by entering the following quality ratings for the traits below. For clarity please place an X in the appropriate box. Truly exceptional (Top 2%) Outstanding (Top 10%) Very good (Top 20%) Good (Top third) Average (Middle third) Poor (Bottom third).

Good luck!
